Facilitation

I am deeply committed to creating spaces where people can think clearly, speak honestly, and grow together. Facilitation is about asking the right questions, holding space for discomfort, and helping groups move from confusion to clarity. I design and lead workshops, retreats, and training programs on topics ranging from leadership and trust to anti-racism and social audit methodology. Each facilitation is built on the belief that people are capable of far more insight than they realize. They just need the right conditions and the right framing to get there.

4-Day Social Audit Training Facilitation for the Grants and Review Board (Shia Ismaili Institutions USA)

  • Led a four-day global training for social audit practitioners from 10 countries

  • Redirected participants' focus from tool mechanics to the logic and reasoning behind social auditing

  • Guided critical discussions about program design, assumptions, and pathways to change

  • Built participant capacity to apply social auditing in a thoughtful, rigorous way to evaluate and improve programs in their own contexts

  • Strengthened the integrity and measurable impact of global community initiatives by shifting how voluntary service translates into meaningful results
