Retreat Analyst and Podcast Producer

The Role:

I lead retreats and workshops, co-develop leadership programming, produce content, and conduct research and analysis that informs both client development and Project Passport's service evolution. My work spans facilitating transformational client experiences, designing curriculum and frameworks, analyzing retreat data and organizational culture patterns, and producing content that extends the company's reach and mission.

Facilitation & Retreat Leadership

I facilitate retreats and workshops on topics including leadership development, teamwork dynamics, psychological safety, stress relief and resilience, cultivating trust, feedback skills, emotional intelligence, mindset, storytelling, boundaries, self-awareness, and values alignment. Each retreat is customized to the client's organizational needs and culture. I work directly with groups to create environments where people can be honest, take risks, and grow.

Analysis & Client Reporting

I conduct analysis on retreat data and organizational culture patterns to provide clients with clear insights about the culture work they need to focus on. I develop comprehensive client reports that translate retreat observations and data into actionable recommendations. This work helps clients understand their starting point, identify growth areas, and chart a path forward. The same analysis informs Project Passport's internal understanding of client needs and gaps in our offerings.

Program Development

I co-created the LEADWELL leadership program, a structured curriculum designed to build leadership capacity and organizational health. I've also facilitated workshops specifically on trust, feedback, and emotional intelligence as standalone offerings and as part of larger organizational initiatives. Insights from retreat analysis and client feedback directly inform how we evolve and refine our programming.

Podcast Production

I produces Project Passport's podcast, managing the full production workflow from conceptualization through distribution. This includes scripting, editing, and ensuring the show extends the company's voice and mission to a broader audience.

Additional Thoughts / Learnings:

From the moment I learned about Project Passport, I have been deeply invested in the company. I sought them out when I was working at Safe & Reliable Healthcare and experienced the magic of the Virtual Retreats first-hand. One of my colleagues enjoyed the experience so much, she even invited them to host her birthday party!
