I am an administrative powerhouse. Once I get my headphones on, I can quickly power through any form of data entry or clean-up, scheduling, organization or coordination. I am the law and I bring the order!

I have outlined some notable examples of my administrative prowess but there is so much more. Frankly, I have probably forgotten more of what I have done than many will ever complete. Don’t believe me? Feel free to contact me to discuss it further!

At the Grants and Review Board

  • Support implementation of annual social audit workplan (3-4 major audits per year)

  • Manage team operations, coordinate audit delivery, and drive projects to completion on schedule

  • Participate in audit planning, fieldwork, analytical review, and report writing

  • Support partner institution coordination and data collection for audit research

At FAVD Asset Management

  • Coordinate private equity capital calls and manage capital deployment across diversified portfolio

  • Prepare comprehensive tax packages for complex investment structures (K-1s, partnership allocations, capital gains)

  • Serve as treasurer for family philanthropic vehicles, overseeing grant deployment and charitable giving

  • Manage portfolio administration, distributions reconciliation, and cash flow forecasting

At BuckUp

  • Created the operations process for the updated business model.

  • Authored a living documentation hub in CODA that has been adopted and maintained by the customer service team.

At Bleeker

  • Managed the implementation and/or removal of internal tools and software including (but not limited to):

  • Created python shortcuts (such as this one) to optimize internal tracking and cross platform coordination.

  • Created sophisticated mail merges and other tracking tools in Google Sheets (with assistance from free extensions and add-ons)

  • Established direct-to-consumer access of products through our website.

At Safe & Reliable Healthcare

  • Coded timesheets from scratch on google sheets to adhere to the Veteran’s Health Association contract standards.

  • Managed 80% of all scheduling and meetings

  • Coached the CEO into creating and maintaining a zero-email inbox

  • Organized the company Google drive Shared Drives

  • Built an operational dashboard on Airtable that gives an overview of all client work

At the Immune Deficiency Foundation

  • Organized, cleaned and tracked constituent information in Civi CRM through various channels including virtual forms, portal sign-ups, physical forms and through partner lists.

At Megson FitzPatrick Insurance Services

  • Compiled data from the broker management system, the payroll system and from employee surveys in order to conduct qualitative analyses

  • Performed the monthly Bordeaux reconciliation for Lloyds of London

  • Managed company-wide vacation scheduling
